In today's environment, where employers and their work teams are faced with rapid change and a demanding future, peak performance is essential. Peak performance is achieved only when the workplace is designed and processes are in place to reduce stress and promote well being in the workforce. Physical health, mental health and wellness are the keys to well being.

Stress among workers is on the increase because of perceived job insecurity brought about by sweeping reforms to industrial relations. Stress can create anxiety, fatigue, increased anger, poor focus, stress headaches and insomnia. Stress happens when the mind, body and emotions receive an overload of stimuli, whether good or bad. The result is physical and emotional imbalance which needs to be addressed.

For Corporate Management

Private Health Profiling will include dietary assessment and analysis with individually customized Superhealth Programmes supplied to provide support in the workplace.

Follow up customized Remediation Services will be available for the individual to include Anti-Jet Lag packs and Anti-Infection packs for stress free overseas travel.

This course includes guided relaxations & meditations - to music.

Week 6 Healthy eating. What foods contain vital Vitamins A Minerals. Food combining strategies for building health. Food additives and preservatives.
