All workshops in this brochure are experiential.

Food combining for maximum energy benefits, concentration and weight control. Special diets and their value. Protein foods and amino acids, the building blocks of life. Practical ways of using nutrition and herbs to assist your body to digest & use food efficiently, for health and well being. Supporting your immunity with food. Vitamin and mineral content of foods. Immunity and Chronic Fatigue - 8 sessions
Learn practical ways of using nutrition to support your immune system and rebuild it after viral and bacterial infection damage. Understanding your symptoms. Dealing with inflammation. Emotional and physical aspects of immune strength - ability and potential.Skin care from the Kitchen - 8 sessions
Using food, herb teas, herb vinegars, herbal honey syrups and cordials, essential oils, vegetable and nut oils, nut butters, fresh pressed fruit and vegetable juices and other organic edible delights to make your own skincare products. Learn how to make your skin food creams and cleansers, fresheners, repair packs and relaxing bath oils. We have fun applying them in class.We use NO toxic chemical additives or preservatives, NO acids or colours, NO emulsifiers, NO sulphates or parabens, NO thickeners, NO chemicals derivatived from animals.
Managing Depression - 8 Sessions
To teach how to use nutrition, flower essences, colours, deep breathing, music and day dreaming to manage your moods. This course includes a sharing circle & guided relaxations, visualisations and meditations.Stress Management - 8 Sessions
To teach how to recognise the symptoms of stress - physical, mental and emotional. To explain and demonstrate practical methods of nourishing, protecting, relaxing and healing ourselves with oils, vitamins, minerals, herbal preparations, food, flower remedies, aromatherapy and stretching. This course includes guided relaxations & meditations - to music.Personal Allergy Testing - 4 Sessions
What are your symptoms of discomfort? Are they allergic reactions or simply digestive challenges. In this class you will learn techniques, including kinesiology/muscle testing, to identify personal allergies on a day to day basis; how to repair them.Reiki - Initiations and Levels 1,2 and 3
